Yes, these shades are expensive compared to some other options on Amazon - The caveat is that they work super well, hold their position, are easy to install, and keep out light better than a lot of the alternatives. So the long wait was over and went with honeycomb blinds. I didn't want the generic metal or faux wood blinds for my new home. The honeycomb cordless blinds offers privacy (black-out) nice since I sleep with a eye mask. Protection from some cold from the windows. Reasonable price, too. Read more

Super easy to install on back french door. Blocks strong sun, easily fit around the levered door handle, easy to install. For years, I resisted getting a shade on that door thinking it would be ugly or challenging to use.
