We bought a 3 pack. The first one we opened was defective. The lip balm in the container would not "screw out", making it totally unusable. The screw that pushes the wax toward the top as you apply it had no traction for whatever reason. The second tube seems to be working so far. But the first tube being defective out the gate makes the whole purchase an economic loser. I've loved Chapstick for many years, but I can't recommend this as a reliable way to purchase an otherwise reliable product. Read more
