Upon initial assessment, the hub seems to deliver on most counts. It serves its primary function of charging devices and boasts a striking black shell that is glossy on the sides and matte in the middle. The hub, which comes with a wall plug, approximates the height and length, but not the width, of a standard soda can. However, I'm uncertain about its charging efficiency. I recently purchased my own cables, which could be defective, but I feel that a 40W output should charge at a faster rate. Perhaps I'm just overly optimistic. For those who are accident-prone like myself, rest easy, this hub can withstand a few falls. So far, it's survived eight drops and continues to operate at its claimed 40W capacity. A piece of advice: secure the hub to a surface with clear, furniture-safe mounting tape that is easy to gives you some leeway as you reposition it, which, if youre anything like me, will happen at least a couple of times minimum before finally deciding on a location that I'll inevitably reconsider in the wee hours of the morning. I'm also puzzled by the mention of a "mobile app" in the product description. As far as I understand, it's a charging hub, not a phone. Unless there's something I've overlooked, its main purpose is to charge devices. In conclusion, while the hub is satisfactory for the most part, it does have a few notable drawbacks in my opinion.
