I'm 5'1", 133lbs, 34B, and athletic build; I got the medium and the fit is perfect. The length of the dress was just at my knee so if you're my height and want shorter, maybe you can get it shortened. The material itself is soft and has some weight -- compared to flimsy cover-ups -- that you can potentially wear when going down the boardwalk whilst shopping, as well. It could also be a cute sundress -- obviously wear something underneath ;) It's a bit stretchy, flows well, and the color is lovely... This dress has POCKETS! The only qualm I have are the straps as it's a bit difficult to get them adjusted initially, but once you've done that, you should be good to go. Did I mention it has pockets??? Yes, the material of this dress has little holes in it. So, if you want to wear it as a dress, you will need to wear a slip under it. However, the material is midweight and not at all sheer, so it does work as a dress. The material is wrinkle-free, comfortable, stretchy, and falls nicely without gathering or bunching up around the gut and hips. It hits above my knees, so I will likely wear this as a coverup more than as a dress. However, I like having both options. I’m really happy with this cute coverup! It fits as expected and looks great! Honestly I wore it out and about to run errands already. So it’s definitely versatile, and it’s perfect length. I’m 5’4, and the bottom of the skirt hangs just above my knees. Sure this Charmo Coverup would of course work as an actual swimsuit coverup too. It really fits comfortably, the arm holes and the shoulder straps are an excellent fit! I like the soft material and the hems all feel great. I am crazy for the athletic dresses, tennis dresses, swimsuit dresses, and swimsuit coverups that double as a cute dress, so when I saw this one I was excited to get it to go with a turquoise and white striped swimsuit I have from a few years back that i definitely dont to as confident wearing and would loik so cute poking out underneath this. And it does....I just wish that this was a little more fitted than it is bc it's really frumpy and not as cute as it could be if that makes sense. I know it's not just me either bc like I'm said, I have been low-key obsessed with these for this summer's heat and the other ones I have gotten do not fit like this one. Now it's not enough to detour me from wearing it but I'm couldn't give it five stars in good conscience knowing it doesn't fit as well as it could.
