I wasn’t really sure what this was when I ordered it. I thought it was something I would need to keep in the fridge or the freezer. But the gel serum itself feels cool without actually being cold. I like that it comes with a built in metal roller too and that also feels cool on my face. It makes my skin feel kind of fresh and tingly - similar to the way mouthwash does in your mouth. This face serum is really amazing. The packaging has an ice roller on the tube. You squeeze the tube as you’re rolling the ice roller on your face and neck.
