It is very light, makes you feel dressed but effortlessly! I got the bkack so I'm not sure about see through. But because it is so light, I would recommend wearing dark undergarments if you get a lighter color. Iron it on medium heat, otherwise you may burn it. It can be worn for evenings - a night out with your girls or for date night. Got a size Medium. I'm 5'4" and 156lbs. It fitted nicely. Got lots of compliments. I like that it is long so as you can see I wore my very high platform sandals and it worked beautifully. It also has elastic in the hands. Did not use a belt but it would work with a wide belt. This set has a great style that I can easily dress up or wear it casual. I also love that the top and bottom can be worn as separates. The apricot color is lovely, and the fabric has a unique, naturally textured look that drapes really well. It’s not high-end material or construction, but for the price, it wears surprisingly nicely. Sizing-wise, the top fits well and the pants are longer but I prefer it this way. I ordered a size small. For reference, I’m 5'4" and about 120 lbs. Overall, the style, versatility, and fit make this a great buy although it feels slightly larger, but I think it's supposed to feel a bit "oversize" with the billowy top and long, wide leg pants. I am a curvy 5’7”, 180lbs. I ordered a medium based on the size chart, but I need to size up. The waist band is straight in front and elastic in back, so I think the measurement provided for the waist is at full stretch. I think I am going to go with XL to ensure a nice loose fit in the butt. Otherwise, the fabric is very nice, with appropriate thickness. I am excited to try it in a bigger size. Update: XL arrived and fit just like the model in the photo. I can fit a size 10 in a button down fitted shirt dress, so I went with M. No bueno! Runs small. XL pants are great, but shirt seems a little big. I will manage. Totally recommend! Enjoy. 💜 Read more
I really love this set. I bought an XL and I'm 5.9, 220 pds, 38DD bust, and pear shape. It fit perfectly. The material has about an inch of stretch. I've seen some reviews that say it's linen, which made me a little leary of purchasing, but it doesn't feel like or look like linen at all. The fabric has a good weight and flow. It definitely doesn't look cheap at all. I also bought the matching belt in an XL, and it fit perfectly, and was of good quality. If you are my height and thicker in the stomach area, I would definitely say to size up. I'm normally a 14/16 and I found it to be very true to size. The length of the pants fell right below my ankles, which is hard to find when you're tall. Overall I'm really loving it and plan on buying a few other colors. Read more
This is a very nice outfit at a great price! I ordered both the medium and the large. I am 5’9” about 155. The medium pants were a little tight in hips and short. They barely went past my ankle with flats on. But the medium shirt was perfect. The large pants were much longer (pictured here with 2.5” heels) they went all the way to top of my feet. WOWZERS!! 5’9” 198!! Bought a large. Fit beautifully. The top is stunning with the off the shoulder style. Pants are elegant with the wide bottom. It fits perfectly, just as I imagined. The blouse is very versatile because you can wear it turned back for a more formal look or off to the side to show off your shoulder for a more sensual look. The wide-leg pants look like a skirt, and the drape of the fabric is beautiful. I didn't love that the fabric has a heathered feel, with those little stripes. It's not the same as the photos. I bought it on sale for 50% off, and it was worth it for the price. It goes well with a natural cream-colored woven belt and some accessories in the same material. High-heeled sandals are always the best option to make me look slimmer since I'm 5'9" and weigh 190 pounds, well distributed! Although it has pockets, they don't distort the shape, and it has a front waistband and elastic in the back, giving it a nice finish and comfort at the same time. I loved it! Read more
