I’ve been using this chin strap for a while now, and overall I’ve had a mostly positive experience. It’s soft, lightweight, breathable, and smooth against the skin, making it comfortable enough to wear for extended periods. Once I figured out the needed adjustments, it stayed in place well and didn’t feel overly tight or restrictive. Putting it on was a little confusing at first, but after a couple of tries it was easy to use. The Velcro straps are adjustable and stay in place, though I do worry about the long term fit since the material stretches slightly after multiple uses. It didn’t provide permanent or long term results, but it does help on a short term basis. I mainly wear it at night. It helps keep my mouth closed while sleeping, which prevents dry mouth in the morning and makes for more comfortable sleep. Wearing it overnight didn’t interrupt my sleep. I think it’s a bit pricey, but not unreasonably so. Let me preface this, this review is from a guys experience (with facial hair). I hate to give a low rating, but this just didnt work for me. I dont know if it was because my facial hair (few days past a 5 o'clock shadow). The "mask" did fit around my head, but it was just uncomfortable. My face felt itchy, I realize this is likely due to having facial hair, but it was just uncomfortable. I also tried to sleep with it in, but I wasn't able to relax and woke up multiple times through the night. After a few attempts, I just couldnt find it comfortable. I dont know how effective this is, and Im not sure if shaving my facial hair would've made a difference. The mask itself is a very comfortable material. Read more

This item is designed well & fit well, it would have worked on my face to reduce my jowls, HOWEVER the fabric irritated my skin so badly I could not use it for more than a couple days & had to return it. Please manufacturer: remake this item with a better, less skin irritating fabric! Read more
