I was hesitant to buy a recliner online. But this chair surpassed my expectations. And for the price you can’t beat it. The leather is beautiful and the stitching makes it look like a much more expensive piece of furniture. The color is very rich and a bit lighter than it appears in these photos. I have back issues and although the lumbar support isn’t adjustable, it provides plenty of support for my back. The zero gravity reclining feature is so comfortable and the adjustable head rest works great. When I ordered it the delivery date was about 7 days out but it actually showed up the next day! There was a slight bit of damage that didn’t affect the function of the chair and the seller was very prompt in providing a solution. I highly recommend this chair. Read more

Saved my insanity during a bad spondy issue with a herniated disc while dealing with cervical arthritis. this first few times using it as a guy who never rests, it took some adjustment but after using it now for nearly a month it has been a life save from a pain perspective when dealing with multiple spin issues. The build quality is great the leather (brown) looks great and doesn't feel cheap. The motors are strong (240lbs) can lift my legs w/o me moving to help it and the head rest is ideal for cervical decompression. I used this chair for nearly 3-days straight during a really bad time that included a few trips to the ER and it was able to relieve pressure on my lumbar and neck while waiting for surgery. I am glad i have it, after surgery it will be an important tool in helping recover by getting the pressure off my spine off and on throughout the day. This really is a great recliner at a great price. Had looked and looked at the box stores and nothing really struck us unless the price was ridiculously high. Found Chita on Amazon and really loved the look and the price and thought at this price I would take a chance. Chair actually came in one box which Fed Ex placed in my garage at my direction. I was hoping I could do this on my own (71 year old) and I did. The recliner comes in two pieces (back from the rest of it). Packaging was excellent. Not a scratch on the chair. I was able to carry the back in and used a small furniture dolly to move the base from the garage into the house. Love the look and the feel of the recliner. Reclining motion was smooth and very quiet. Leather felt great and color was just as they had pictured it. If I needed another chair i would go back to Chita and purchase another one. I can’t say enough how much I love these chairs. Even though they are very heavy, they were easy to push from my garage into my living room because they were wrapped extremely well. I am an old, chunky short girl but I did it with ease. The first chair probably took me 30 minutes to put together because I actually read the instructions 😆. The second one only took 15 minutes. This is definitely the easiest one I have ever assembled. My daughter actually sleeps in her recliner and she has no complaints. The one thing I got to say is mine sets a little crooked. But isn’t a big problem. Definitely recommend if you want a quality chair. Read more
