This tape seems to work okay. I like to tape my ankle sometimes, depending on my workout. It didn't leave any residue, which was nice because I hate that glue feeling left behind on my skin. This 2 pack of athletic tape comes individually wrapped..a good amount is provided in each roll. The tape is almost 2 inches wide and 20 yards long. This packaging makes it easy to throw in a sports bag or first aid kit to have on hand for the unforeseen. I found this to be a decent athletic tape. It adheres nicely to the skin when wrapped. It also stayed on nicely when active. It seems the tape adheres much better to skin than to itself. When wrapping, the end should be placed on the skin rather than the tape itself. The description says it is easy tear and I did not find this to be the case. I finally resorted to cutting with a scissor...so better have one on hand when using this. Super sticky athletic tape! This tape has great adhesion especially to itself, which is one of the most important attributes of a good athletic tape. Whether taping a wrist or ankle for support or giving grip to your hockey stick, this tape sticks to itself wonderfully. I finally gave up and had to use scissors to cut it. It is thick with good adhesive. I used this tape to wrap my ankle for extra support when running. It provided good support. Good quality tape. Used with pre-wrap this tape is just like any other athletic tape to tape wrists, or ankles with. Comes in a 2 pack. Wrapped together and both individually wrapped. Easy to keep in a first aid kit or your baseball/softball bag, or can even be used with firearms to add extra grip.
