I am in partial recovery for BED & anorexia. I decided to go back to basics and am working on relearning portion sizes as well as eating 3 meals a day but a few snacks. This is not a “diet”. It’s an ED recovery refresher for myself that the meal plan works. I was recommended these yoghurts by nutritionist. I was reluctant to purchase this yogurt because tho they are a generous 6.7 oz I could not visualize how this serving size would satisfy me. Nor could I wrap my brain around it being, what I had been taught, a “low-fat” or diet food. But I challenged myself and I had this, plus my regular coffee and strawberries and blueberries this morning and I have to tell you I’m still satisfied! I’m not thinking about eating or snacking or my next meal (because I have that all planned out). These texture is rather thick which was neither good nor bad - I actually liked it. Close to zero water when I opened the lid - water in yogurt gives me the ick till I can stir it up. The vanilla flavor, while not overwhelming, was still present and had a nice aromatic flavor. For portion control, extra protein, flavor and texture, this picky eater approves! Read more

I was afraid the extra protein was going to make it taste awful but it was delicious! I had gastric bypass surgery 14 years ago and struggle to eat the amount of protein I’m supposed to in a day because I HATE all protein shakes. I’m sorry, to me they taste like baby formula smells. This is also very low in sugar which I can not go over 20 grams at a time. Yogurt is deceptively high in sugar and carbs. This is excellent for anyone who has had gastric bypass surgery or diabetic. I love this brand and texture of this yogurt. Add the additional proteins and it is a great snack choice for me. Only downside is price per carton is high but worth the great taste and quality. Read more

One of my favorite finds to help increase my protein intake!! It’s texture is slightly thicker than regular Chobani yogurt, but not weird or problematic. I stir my creatine into it for added benefit. Read more
