I was told by my doctor I have high cholesterol and needed to be out on a stantin Rx. I refuse to take that stuff so instead I wanted to try a more natural approach. After taking these for a 2 months my numbers decreased about 25 points. Progress I will gladly accept. Hopefully after another couple months, my numbers will continue to go form l down. These really seem to work! I've tried a few different supplements after my doctor told me I had to watch my cholesterol, and these are easy to swallow and have no real taste to them. I've felt better and my energy levels have been up, so I feel like they're definitely doing something! I use these products to support the effects of the pharmaceutical cholesterol reduction medication that my doctor prescribes. I found the adding these supplements in further reduced my total cholesterol overall. I have used Cholesterol-Off by Nature Made but sometimes it’s not available or for some reason the price gets really high, so I decided to try this product. I have only recently started this particular product after finishing the CO, but I have blood work coming up and I expect a to see a positive result. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't have the amazing results everyone else in the comments seems to...I started these in May, when my doctor "threatened" me with meds, and we just did a another test early this week, and my cholesterol went down 2 points...I mean, at least it went down, right?!?! Am I the greatest at eating right? No...Do I exercise like I should? Also no...Did I rely on these as a cure all? Maybe...lol. They're a bit pricey in comparison to others on here with the same ingredients, but I never had any issues taking them or any issues with upset stomach or indigestion. They are a bit big, but never a problem swallowing. I never noticed a change in energy...but again, probably me.
