I have another pair of Chooka chelseas I picked up last year while they were on sale and the size 11 was a perfect fit. In those the end tilts up a bit more, they, well honestly they look kind of nerdy but in a really cute way I love. Big fan. These are really similar, but I think something in the profile makes it so they wear a bit larger (down facing end rather than tilted). Like the listing says here, they do seem to run large, so yeah I would probably size down. I'm at a weird intersection so I think this work well for me with chunky socks and that 10 might just be a hair too small for me. I love the comfort and quality of the build of these. Super quick and easy to slip on, actually waterproof, no drama, just comfortable (memory foam) and easy. The weight on these is pretty light, they have a nice amount of give and bend. Perfect for outdoor tasks with the versatility of being able to dress them up and look sharper than "what I'm shoveling chicken things" in. As they kind of create a waterproof cave for your feet, they can get pretty warm esp. with the right socks, low breathability and all, so I would plan accordingly. Read more

Very cute rain boot, but doesn't exactly keep the rain out, especially if you have thinner ankles as I do. They are a tad on the bulky side and I do not recommend sizing up. I normally wear a 6 1/2 but that wasn't an option when purchasing these, which I didn't think would be an issue as I usually go up a half size for winter or rain boots to allow for thicker socks. I could probably wear four pairs of thick socks and still get my foot to slip in and out easily. That being said, if if I had ordered a size 6, they probably would have felt too small with thick, warm socks. These are quite stylish and can be used to dash around the farm in the rain or to pair with some cute skinny jeans to wear out and about. The versatility is definitely a plus. The quality also seems good and I feel like these will last for the duration of at least two rainy seasons /years even if worn a few times a week just to dash to the barn and back once or twice a day as I plan to do in them. As long as you can stick to your true shoe size, I would say these are worth giving a try. Read more

I ordered my normal size and they fit great. I definitely wouldn’t size down if you plan on wearing them with socks. As others have mentioned, wearing crew socks is much more comfortable because the collar part rubs on your ankle. The reason these are just ok is that they are a bit slippery and the “memory foam” insole is super thin, so support whatsoever. There is no way I could wear these for anything other than going to my office job on rainy days. Good thing they are inexpensive. I’ll be looking for a better insole. These boots are really nice. They have comfy memory foam insoles which is appreciated. The tread is nice and grippy(my other short rain boots do not have a good tread like these). They keep my feet dry, and I am out in all conditions to keep my high energy dog satisfied. These are great boots! They're incredibly easy to slip on and go. I love them. Read more

Pay attention to the recommendation and size down in these - I'm a size 9 and the 8 fits perfectly. I took these for a spin in drizzly weather and they definitely kept my feet dry. Don't wear them with short socks - wear crew socks at least or they'll chafe above the ankles as the material is stiff. The elastic sides make them easy to slip on and off. I got them a bit muddy and they rinsed off easily under the hose. The matte finish seems to attract lint and dog hair like crazy for some reason. I wouldn't want to walk miles and miles in them but they're comfortable enough for short dog walks or garden work. They seem to be pretty sturdy and should last more than a season.
