I received many compliments while wearing this skirt. I found it very flattering and comfortable, with good, practical pockets that held what I needed them to without pulling the skirt down. The slits are not too high, but still provide a chance to get a nice breeze on your legs. The skirt is full and moves nicely. The waistband provides the best of both worlds by having elastic in the back, for flexible sizing, and plain, non-elastic fabric across the front, which looks much nicer than elastic. I also did not notice any transparency in the fabric. All in all, a good choice. I am thinking of buying another one and will definitely be checking out the seller to see what else they offer. MGuys, I love this skirt. For reference, I’m 5’5, 180 lbs, and I have a small waist with a big butt — which, if you’re built the same, you know it’s tough to find a skirt that flatters your waist while still fitting your butt. Per reviews, I got the medium and it fits perfectly. I’m surprised at how nice the fabric is — it’s soft, has some good weight to it, and it’s super flowy. The cinched waist with the front tie is flattering, and because it’s so flowy, it’s very comfy. I haven’t done so yet, but I can tell this fabric will be easy to steam. The skirt isn’t see through at all, and paired with a tank or t-shirt, it’ll be perfect for the summer — though I can see it seamlessly transitioning into a fall or winter piece with some boots and a sweater or long sleeve shirt in the fall and winter. Overall this is a beautiful skirt! I love that you can dress it up or down. It has lots of fabric so it twirls beautifully! I found that the slits are pretty small, and they only go up to my mid-calf. The skirt goes to my ankles and I am 5'4. The fabric is a bit sheer. I would say it is good value for your money if you purchase a darker color to avoid sheerness. Quality: I was a bit worried about the quality when I first felt the skirt. It is lightweight, breathable, and very flowy, but has a similar texture to some athletic pants. However, when wearing the skirt it is not loud like I was worried it would be. I got the Apricot color and it is a bit sheer. You have to wear something underneath that matches your skin really well for it to not be noticeable. Length: The length is as pictured! It is absolutely dreamy and I feel so beautiful in this skirt. I have to lift it when walking up stairs. I need to hold the fabric in when I get into my car or else the fabric can get caught in the door. Not a complaint-- this is expected with big skirts! The waist hits at a good point and there is some flexibility with the back of the fabric, so it should fit with daily tummy fluctuation. Waist/bow: I like the waist area because you can tie the bow in the front or back. I'm not the biggest fan of the bumpy texture on the back waistband so I like tying the back. The bumpy texture is stretchy though, so it is good to have! It has a beautiful cinching effect. The skirt poofs out enough (I'm assuming the pockets help) and it really emphasizes my hips in a feminine way. Sometimes skirts make your hips look flat, but this has a nice round/smooth flow to the skirt. Pockets: The pockets are amazing! They are a bit hard to find since they are hidden so well. The skirt is cute and I love that it has pockets but size up! Im usually a small but the waist band was too tight and the strap around the waist was too short I wasn’t able to properly tie it into a cute bow. Also there was longer fabric in the front bottom of the skirt than there was in the back so when you stand sideways it looks longer in the front. Weird. Im trying a medium size to see if that works.
