I liked that i could install this bidet attachment myself. It is a bit cold in the winter, however, its easy to become accustomed to. It wasnt the most stable where attached onto the toilet seat, but i used two lids from jewelry cleaner containers and cut a nitch 9ut if the side on each one, then placed them in where thr white discs woild go. I bought one of these in 2022 and it has worked very well- 5 stars for that one. Bought a second one in 2025 for another bathroom and I don’t like it nearly as much- 2 stars for that one. The big issue is that with the old model it softly clicked into place when properly in the off position. The new model doesn’t click- you have to look at it to make sure it’s lined up just right. It often gets left on a slight trickle, especially by the youngest and oldest members of our household. This is long overdue review. We bought 3 different brands/types and this one is the best and the value makes it the best. 1st one we got was from Costco the fancy heated seats remote etc… but the pressure sucked!! We returned it. 2nd one we had to return it before we could even put it together because it was plastic screw pipes and that messed up because it wasn’t twisting correctly. 3rd one after experience and research we found this one back in 2022. I love this bidet. It appears to be high quality and was very easy to install. If you take the time to connect the fittings correctly, you'll have no worries of leaks. The bidet jets do their job and align perfectly to their intended targets. I use minimal toilet paper now so in the long run I'll be saving significant money. Glad I gave this a try. Read more

Do not believe this is an easy installation. It started as a one-person job, having to be finished the next day by two people AND a live phone call with CIAYS customer service. Our bathroom was completely remodeled less than 2 years ago, so this difficulty was not due to older pipes, etc... The "t-valve" had a defect in threading and the included water tape was useless. Had to spend more funds at hardware store to get parts that worked together. * Then the bumpers (to stick on bottom of toilet seat) did not last more than two days - with one coming unglued and accidentally flushed and lost. A second (out of three) was found floating in the bowl (see photos). Another call to CIAYS customer service. Was told it would be replaced, then we had to print out receipt, scan as PDF and submit with their emailed instructions. The following reply came the next day: * Dear Customer, Thank you for the contact. We are sorry that we don't have the related accessory and new replacement in stock. Besides, we didn't cooperate with this factory anymore for a period. As your order is still within 30 days, we kindly recommend reaching out to Amazon directly to arrange for help, such as a return or to request a replacement. Best regards, Customer Service Team * Amazon gave me a refund MINUS the free-shipping that I should have received because my total order had qualified.
