I got this bidet with very low expectations. Especially knowing it only has cold water line attached to it, and no electric. Received the kit pretty quick, installation was very simple, the hardest part was disconnecting the water line from the tank and trying not to spill too much water on the floor. Instructions were simple to follow, all in all took me about 15 minutes, and thats taking my time. Its a universal fit, and it fit under my non standard seat. It also came with a roll of Teflon tape, which i ended up using. In the process of installing this I discovered a water leak in my old line, which is a huge thing. Surprisingly, the water didn't feel as cold as i thought it would. I got it mostly for my girlfriend, I feel like women can more use out this bidet than men. We got this for the kids bathroom and really like it. It was really easy to install and simple to use. Make sure to use the included teflon tape to ensure proper fit and no water leaks. This bidet looks nicer than my previous one. It's slim and the handle / knob looks sleek and is easy to keep clean. The bidet itself works as expected. It has settings for rear and front wash with various pressure levels and switching between levels is gradual so it's not uncomfortable. The only con was that they only provide one type of adapter for installation and it only works on standard toilets. We have a skirted toilet, so the adapter wouldn't fit under the tank. We ran into the same issue with our previous bidet, but the company was able to send us the adapter we needed so that we could connect to the main water supply line. We were able to resolve the issue by purchasing a 3/8 in. x 3/8 tee adapter, but it would have been nice if it was included. Read more
The quality of the parts and fittings were impressive. They were premium. The installation was straightforward. What took time was replacing the rigid metal toilet hose in my home with 18" flexible hose bought from Amazon. It was a worthwhile upgrade to go along with the bidet. The bidet when installed is low profile and fits well. The bidet works exactly as I envisioned. This one is installed in the kid's bathroom. Kids are loving it. It is not like the ones we experience when we go to Korea but still very nice. For the price, this unit cannot be beat. It is so worth it. I ordered this bidet attachment instead of spending a lot more on a whole toilet replacement. I absolutely love it. It was easy to install and the slim design keeps it discretely tucked away under the toilet rim and along the side. It functions exactly as it should and I’ve never felt cleaner. I'm still drying my floors from the complete explosion that happened. It took some time to figure out what the problem was. The T part that comes with this does not securely fit on the corresponding part on the toilet. It fits very loosely meaning any time you flush or try to use the bidet there is water everywhere. When removing the bidet that part fell out entirely. Read more
I've now tried two of these add-on bidets, and this one is more disappointing. The rotation of the control to choose two different sprays doesn't click back home so I have to look back and see if it is centered so it won't leak. Also this bidet isn't as able to adjust angles to hit the right spot, so it tends to spray across everything rather than a specific spot. Read more
