I bought a size L, but I have a large bust, so it was gaping at the chest so I used a pin and I had to wear something underneath. I’m not sure if an XL would have been too big Read more
Very happy with the quality of this item. It runs maybe a half a size 2 large. Read more
Always stays split at the bottom, not as long as it shows in the picture. I sent it back. Read more
This is a beautiful blazer. I turned the collar down on each side to suit my style. Fabric a little shiney-although very soft. Would recommend to others. Read more
It is great for those with smaller breasts, as it gives you more of a shape. Read more
Choose size wisely. Love this jacket beautiful but returned for smaller size Read more
I love this jacket and get compliments on it! I got red because I like wearing red and it looks good on me. Be aware that red is not for the timid and you have to have confidence when wearing. I got this to wear for all kinds of events, even job interviews. It dresses up nicely with a black shirt and dress pants, or dress it down with jeans and nice dress boots. I went up one size from what I normally wear because this isn't a style you can really wear unbuttoned and I hate when jackets are designed for smaller shoulders and chests and the buttons pull when you move your arms very wide or up very far. I fell into two different sizes based on the two different size charts. I normally wear a Large, but got an extra large. Easier to have the local seamstress take it in a little than let it out. Also, the adjustable tie in the back helped me cinch it up just a little. I like the fit. Consider sizing up one size unless you have a smaller chest and shoulders. If you have a large chest I'd definitely recommend sizing up one size. The quality is very nice. It's still lightweight enough to wear in the warmer weather, but not as thin as some jackets I've bought. It did have some wrinkles, but not a lot, and I was able to steam them out. It was very comfortable to wear. The rounded neckline makes choosing a shirt a little trickier. I think it looks nice with a mock turtleneck, especially as we get further into fall/winter. I was able to pair it with a shirt of similar neckline without really any issue. I had to make sure the shirt fit well towards the bottom, or was tucked in, as the split goes into an inverted V shape above my waist line so the shirt was visible a little there. I did like the shape though and I think it helped my shape as I'm normally more of a straight and apple shape and not hourglass, but this gave me more of a curve look. My friend has several jackets by this brand and loves them, so I thought it was a great choice when I ordered it, and definitely will look at buying from this brand in the future as well myself. Also, the shade of red was really nice, not orange. I would have probably liked it just a tiny bit deeper but it was a solid red, as I cannot do orange with my complexion, and this looked good.
