This top is cute and flattering, but it has no in-built structure or boning involved. The photo makes it seem like the top has a stiffer shape or material, but it's a thick stretchy material and so the top neckline area doesn't stand up on its own. It's also less plunging than the photo seems to show. Other than that, it's a nice top that is easy to pull on and has that currently-trendy 'business formal in the club' vibe. This Cicy Bell Womens strapless vest is both stylish and comfortable. It’s a very stretchy material, which was surprising as I expected it to be more structured. I would have preferred it to be more structured. It has a side zipper and functional front pockets which are great to hold my lip gloss and drivers license. I find the fit to be true, but because it’s so stretchy it’s also very forgiving so if you’re in between sizes I’d size down. There’s a rubber strip at the top to keep it from slipping but it could be irritating to some.
