I'm laughing (with you, not at you) at the reviewers who are wearing these pants backwards! The pockets go in the front, not the back. These pants have a side zipper - whenever women's pants have a side zipper, it goes on the wearer's left. So, turn them around and you'll probably get a better fit. That being said, these pants just don't fit well. The XXL runs 1-2 sizes too small. They are much smaller than all the other XXL pants that I wear as my usual size. I had to return them since I couldn't even get them on. Also, even though there is elastic in both the front and back, there is hardly any stretch to it. These are exactly as described and fit as expected. I like the ruffled hem and the wide fit of the legs. The material is comfortable to wear. I am not a huge fan of the side zipper, as there's no fastener at the top, so it's a bit awkward to close if you're not as flat-stomached as you'd like. I actually prefer not unzipping them and pulling them on and off -- but I have a small waist and bigger hips, so it's a bit of a tight fit doing it that way.
