I went by the size chart and definitely could have sized down but these are the most comfortable pants ever. The material is stretchy and cool but has a good thickness so no see throughs. I didn't realize it was a ribbed (very thin ribbing) style material but I love it. They are flattering to a belly and thick thigh approved. I'm 5'3 and they were a bit long by about 2 inches but had I worn any sort of heel it would've been fine. I love how swooshy (technical term) they are but without any noise (iykyk). The best part is the deep pockets as in full phone hidden and secured deep. I'm plus size so to say they are slimming would be a lie because well I'm plus size and only in an act of God could pants make me look thin. However, they do make me look my best and I'll take it. I'll be buying the print and the blue pair next. Oh hell I'll probably buy all of them. If I find something I really like I buy all the options. The media could not be loaded. The perfect pant for anyone with an apron belly. The dainty line print of the pants works wonders at disguising areas you may be self conscious about. The pants were very soft and comfortable. The length was great especially since I have shrunk with age. However the waist band elastic repeatedly twisted and I would have to work on it for a few minutes before I could comfortably wear the pants each time I put them on. I ended up returning them. I'm 4'10" and usually wear a 2X in pants. I followed the previous reviews suggestions and sized down (I immediately panicked and also ordered a 2X just in case, more on that later) I do not regret sizing down one bit. These pants are loose and flowy. Meanwhile the elastic waistband is firm and fitting. They're extremely flattering. Very sturdy stitching and thick but breathable fabric. They don't bunch up when I walk either! Despite me being super short and having a 26" inseam, the pants actually fall just to my feet, which is great because I intend to wear them with some short/mid wedge sandals to an event this weekend and they won't be sweeping the floor. Short girlies, you know exactly what I'm talking about. You can dress these up with a nice top or wear them just hanging around at home. They look amazing over a bodysuit or base layer and they pair beautifully with a crop top. The pockets are flippin massive, without even stretching them my arm goes in up to the elbow. (And yes, the pockets are super stretchy too!) I can't imagine what on earth I need pockets this big for but I LOVE them. These fit my body shape: my waist is small in proportion to my large thighs and calves. The elastic is great at the waist and the wide legs are flattering to my, um, wide legs. The fabric is fine and comfortable. Good value for money, I think. Read more
Whomever made these pants sure doesn't know sizes. I wear a 1X and ordered that size, when they came in and I unpackaged them, they looked like a tent, and I could camp out in them. I tried them on, and the waistband came up above my bra, to make the crotch go where it belonged, they were really oversized. I sincerely thought about just adding shoulder straps to them and taking them in down both legs, and then said, that's crazy I paid for pants that fit, why would I have to restructure them totally.
