This is an excellent lighter for cigars. Just purchased my second one. The first one lasted 19 months of daily use, still in good shape just the sparker died. But during the 19 months it was 100% reliable every time. I only used the punch sporadically as in a V cut kind of guy, but it stayed sharp the whole time maybe getting 1-2 uses a week. Good quality, nice weight, flawless 4 flame, no leaks, love the design and feel, nice ergonomical fit in the hand with enough to grab into without being bulky. It compares nicely to some Cohibas I've had in the past, and at less that half the price of those, so great value for this price range. I have bought two of these. Here's what you need to need to know about these lighters: * These are fantastic torch lighters with the right care * They do not work as well when they are cold. Sometimes, I have keep them in my waistband to light properly if it is cold at all. I even keep mine in the path of a heater I use outside when it's cold. If not, it won't perform well. * You must bleed them before refilling as with all torch lighters. If you don't know how to do that, find out. * Adjust the flame to your satisfaction, it can get entirely too big or it can be very small and hard to ignite. Use a flat head screwdriver. * You will need to clean the jets periodically. But be VERY CAREFUL of the ignition thing in there because if you damage that, the lighter will not work any more. The media could not be loaded. Works great fresh out of the box but about a couple months in the flame barely lights and when it does it isn't enough to light a cigar. And just past the replace date to try and get a new one if this was just a faulty one. Read more
