This one pan does it all!
Very well-made, deep pan that works well on my induction stove. While it is not huge in diameter, it has very high sides, so it can hold lots of food and can even be used to cook pasta or rice. It can go into the oven and be used to bake a casserole or brown the top of food under the broiler. It even fits into my countertop convection oven. It has convenient pouring spouts, and the cover has drainage holes, so you don't need to use a strainer. It is truly non-stick without using oil or butter, and food caramelizes or browns easily. It heats up fast and evenly. While they say it can go in the dishwasher, it is so quick and easy to clean by just a quick rinse and dry. Being able to cook in one pan avoids having to buy a lot of skillets and pots, so it is a money saver. The holder that accompanies the pan is great for holding the lid and can double as a cookbook stand. I am going to buy a second one to use in my RV on a propane stove and oven. Read more
