I've been waiting for years for the opportunity to purchase this watch, and I LOVE IT!! Even though the original watch was defective, and I did quickly get replacement, the watch is PERFECT! I love that the number "3" is shown on the dial, and that the day and date doesn't take the place of the number 3, that is what really fascinated me about the watch. I've had other Citizen watches and found them a good value, reliable and good looking. But I never had a flexible watch band and I was a bit reluctant to try it. I thought it may help me because I like to garden and sometimes I stretch and ruin other watchbands while working. The watch that I'm replacing still works but the band failed me for the last time. Watch came on-time and its packaging appears authentic. It looks nice and seems to work fine. I'm fond of its larger wristband -- I have thick wrists. But the watch can't be found on Citizen's website, the App seems equally worthless and registering the watch appears impossible. So it's either a fraud or Citizen's website is pretty much worthless, take you pick. I'll keep it anyhow, don't have the time to screw with these issues and I need a watch. But I sorta hope that someone from Amazon will read this and comment regarding the authenticity of this item.
