Beautiful watch. Band and quality seem well made and solid. For anyone looking to remove a band link to resize the bracelet, use a needle. I tried a bunch of tools I had including actual link removal tools for normal watch bracelets but this one is so small it’s hard to get into but a needle worked like a charm. Read more
Pretty watch and is a good size for women with small wrists, like me. I needed to have a couple of links removed and Fred Meyers’s jewelry did it for $10. I bought the two-tone watch so it will go with all jewelry. Very pleased with my purchase. Read more

It's an elegant watch, but when I took it in to have the battery replaced, it was hard to remove the back. In the process the person helping me gouged the back of the watch. Even though no one sees the back of the watch, you don't want your watch marred. Read more

Bought it for mom's birthday. Came in just in time, the packaging was very elegant and strong (even though it's made of recyclable material). She loved the look, elegant, and simple. Two-tone, goes with anything. Numbers on the face are dark, perfect size for older eyes, easy to read, so is the date. The wrist band is big but can be adjusted. the clasp is easy to handle especially for arthritic hands. She is happy with it and uses it all day long. She liked it, I liked it. Overall a good buy! Impossible to adjust watch band (whihc uses U or L shaped pins) after multiple trys by myself and a jeweler. These type of bands are made in China (as labeled on watch) and are the cheapest type out there. Had to search web for an hour to find a video (no instructions provided by Citizen) on how do do it but never could get the pins out to remove a link. Avoid this watch. Read more
