See how the model is wearing the pants with a summer top? I thought these would be appropriate for summer, and definitely not so. The fabric is too thick for summer. I only took off one star because they can't be worn year round and I'm keeping them because I got them on clearance price in my size only. They fit great. Just like every other size 20 I've bought from city chic. I purchased them for funerals actually. I wanted a nice pair of flattering dress pants for my size so that I don't have to wear a black dress all the time to funerals. I'm 5'2.5" and 240 pounds and pear. Intend to wear with long shirts. The waist line is very high... like 2" under the breast high. These won't wrinkle because of the fabric mix. The thickness makes them lay nicely straight. I hope the crease stays wash after wash, and time will tell. At 5'2.5" I need kitten heels or hem them. Read more
