I'm very picky when it comes to bed sheets. I am always on the hunt for luxury hotel quality sheets for a reasonable price. After 10 years of searching I found them! They are smooth almost like silk, but not slippery & so soft. I have had to buy walmart sheets in a pinch for my guest bed ( I know horrible) I would say they are about 2 1/2 times thicker than walmart sheets. Compared to my old sheets that were 1200 thread count Egyptian Cotton these are so soft, my old sheets feel kinda like sandpaper compared to these. I had already bougt another set of these same sheets from Amazon 1 month earlier and washed and dried them 4x's already and they kept there shape, bright color, thickness and softness. So after a few washes test I bought a 2nd set! (I read the instructions on how to wash and dry) I want to keep these sheets in great condition for as long as ppossible. I did wash both sets before puttung them on my bed. That does 2 things... It breaks them in and actually makes the sheets softer I discovered. The other color I purchased was lilac purple and sooo pretty and Vibrant! Please don't expect these sheets to be super duper thick like a $100.00 set of sheets. They wont be.... but for prices ranging depending on color 22.00 - 35.00 these are the thickest, highest quality and the most soft sheets I have ever owned. They remind me of luxury hotel sheets, I feel like a queen when I'm in bed. Every time my 2 best friend's come over they try to crawl in my bed cuz of my sheets, plus I also purchased a really nice alternative down comforter on Amazon as well. I plan of buying 1 or 2 more sets of these sheets, plus I can see them keeping me cool in the summer. So they are great to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. After reading some of the negative reviews here, I became afraid of what I was going to receive, but what arrived really is pretty wonderful, & I am really pleased with this purchase overall. My monitor is very color-true, & the Queen Light Blue Aqua sheets I was sent exactly match the ad. Some reviewers received JS Comfort instead, but my label does say Clara Clark. It arrived in a zippered plastic case with a matching blue tassel, which was kind of nice. As for texture & thickness, mine are neither too thin or too thick...they really are just about right. I have some Interior By Design microfiber sheets, & Clara Clark's are actually thicker. Some have referred to this microfiber as a "micro-suede," & I suppose it is. Instead of a more silky feel, mine has a very fine suede finish, in comparison to some of the more coarse & truly suede-like microfibers I have seen. Some buyers experienced texture differences by color, & in my experience, dark sheets have always been less soft than much lighter materials, perhaps somehow related to the chemicals used in the dyeing process (?). That said, these light blue sheets I received are soft the way higher thread count cotton sheets feel after about 7 years, which was the feel I was hoping for. As for detail, the monogrammed stripes seen in the ad are found only on the 2 pillow cases, & only on the top sides of each, vs. all the way around the end of the case. However, the elastic on the fitted sheet goes all the way around the entire edge, which I like. My one complaint about these is I feel brand new sheets should arrive ready to put on your bed, instead of reeking heavily of sewing machine oil, which mine do. I want to use them now, & I don't want to have to wait to go spend extra money at the laundromat to wash sheets before I can use them. I have had these Clara Clark sheets for 10 years or more. Love how they fell and they are still soft. I ordered 4 new sets of the Supreme 1500 Collection but the Premier 1800 Collection showed up. I do not like the 1800 sheets they are not as soft and feel a bit rough. So I sent them back and I am waiting for 4 new sets (of the 1500 Collection) to arrive. I sure hope they read the reason I sent them back. If they are not the 1500 sheets they are going back as well. Update: I received the new order of sheets for Clara Clark today Nov 29, 2022....again they were the 1800 Collection. They will be going back again tomorrow. I did not reorder the sheets this time. I want someone from Amazon to contact me about this. I want the 1500 Collection period. I don't like the 1800 Collection. I have tried these before and did not like the way they feel when laying in bed. The 1500 Collection is the best. Maybe I can find out what is going on with these sheets. Update: It's been a week now with no refund for the sheets I returned twice. Don't know who to contact about this. Is there an email or phone number I can get to contact anyone ?? I have both receipts for the 2 orders I returned. Can anyone help with this ?? Update: After I returned the 2nd set of 1800 sheets I waited for a couple days for the refund to be put back onto my Debit Card and looked up the Clara Clark Supreme 1500 Collection again. This time paying attention to the Description on the sheets. I again ordered 2 sets of the 1500 Collection and waited about 4 days for them to be delivered. Well they got here and I opened the box and guess what ???????? they were the 1800 Collection AGAIN. I dug into Amazon and found a way to contact them. I talked to this really nice lady and told her the story that is written above. This talk was about 20/25 minutes long. In the end she told me that the 1500 Collection was in stock but does not know why I keep getting the 1800 Collection. So I asked her how I can get them and she told me to order from a different vendor. And she told me to just keep the 2 sets of sheets instead of returning them and the payment will be put back into my Debit Card account. Wow a win win for me. I will try again sometime in 2023 and hopefully they will have the 1500 Collection sent to me instead of the 1800 Collection. Read more
