The sole is hard "rubber" they have a little heel, and a fuzzy, warm interior. I have a 9.5 - 10 foot and they fir perfect. I had to re-stitch them now the front stitching at the toe is falling apart. I think these were either defective Clark slippers or The product really went down hill. I would not recommend them.
