This is quite a small lighter but fits in the palm of the hand and feels really luxurious, at the same time being really heavy for it's size. I am honestly impressed that it is that heavy. That being said, there are a couple ridiculous claims about this that I feel like I need to comment on. The branded storage case says, "made in china" but the lighter says, made in france, so what is it supposed to be. The other thing is, after ordering this, it is clearly imitating another lighter, both in brand and in look. Why not just say it is a high quality homage or something rather than claiming something else. Other than that, I really like the diamondfinish on the brass and the way the lacquer looks. It feels well engineered. The btane control is a little finnicky in my experience, but it CAN be dialed in. The striker dial functions reliably. But as I mentioned, the flame is a little difficult to control. The lid clinks VERY satisfyingly.... could be a fidget toy idea. Read more
