I have a lot of serious health conditions and I was very skeptical that this would help even if it was small change but these two pills make a huge difference in my daily life. I have only taken it for week now. These supplements have helped my memory / foggy brain, sleep, energy (which is probably where I struggled most with pain keeping me up), my overall attitude and just better overall in less than week. I’ve been taking these supplements for about 1 week, now. The trouble I’m having is falling asleep at night. I’ve never had a problem going to sleep and staying asleep. I only take 1 pill per day and that seems sufficient. I will monitor and see if it is the culprit keeping me up. I can’t have that. Other than that, you have to drink lots of water to keep it from coming up in a burp. Best with a meal. No other side effects and I am walking again. One day at a time. I hope this is my go to.
