Works as advertised. Screwdrivers are good quality, at least for this job. I find the plastic pry bar/guitar pic type thing easy to mess up while prying the grips off, but it’ll work for one replacement. All in all, not a bad set if your shoulder button gives out. After the bumpers to my elite controller became fairly unresponsive I knew I either had to send it in for repairs or do the repairs myself, and after looking at guides online I decided to get the relatively cheap cleaning and repair kit to do the job myself. Now I'm not sure if I have the toughest controller to work with ever or if they all come the same way, but I spent more than enough time just trying to pry open the controller and it even managed to chew through both of the pry tools that are included in the kit. I know the tools are just cheap plastic for the purpose of opening the controller, but if I ever have to do so again I will have to go and either buy a new one, or find something else to pry the casing open. The screw drivers included work as they should as things luckily did get easier for me upon getting the outer shell off, so no issues there. And all around the kit just does what it supposed to do, nothing flashy, nothing over the top, pretty right for the low price, but I'm also rather frustrated about my controller eating through the prying tools. But barring an accident with my controller, I hope to never have to open the thing again. Solid product. Read more

Needed to pop the back of my Xbox Series X off so that I could clean it. I bought this set because it had all the things I needed to do so. It did work, I was able to get it off, but the prybar completely snapped to pieces. I'm lucky I got the casing off at the same time it snapped or I would have been at an impass. The rest of the tools were good, but the prybar is no good after one use. Read more
