Beautiful plastic purse, excellent customer service
The purse is great. I ordered the gold/champagne strap, but the hardware on the strap did not match, so I sent a message through Amazon. The company reached out immediately and said it was a quality control flaw and are sending a replacement at no cost. They were so friendly and kind. For a plastic purse, it is neutral and pretty. Perfect for stadium events. The zipper is easy to use. Strap detaches and you can add other straps /clutch strap of your own. I can't wait for my next concert! Read more
