My GO-TO eyeliner. I have been using this for YEARS. It is an easy application with the thin brush-like applicator to make an easy cat eye look. Strong black color that stands out on top of eyeshadow. Last all day and easy to reapply for night if needed. Always worth the money when comparing to other brands that are sometimes more expensive for not the best result or longevity. This eyeliner lasts for months and doesn’t easily dry out. Read more
