The massager is a very attractive with a silver plated capped end on one extremity and a more bulbous massager type end on the other. The massager measures approximately 16 cm in length with the silver capped end having a circumference of 10 cm and the massager wand head having a circumference of about 12 cm with a tapered neck that goes down to a little under 9 cm. The wand in total weighs in at about 165 grams. The entire unit appears to have a solid water tight seal with the exception of the recessed charging port and area around the silver cap making the massager useful in damp environments but I would not use this in full water immersion - more that it is splash resistant. The charger itself is a negative to this device as it does not use any standard protocol for charging such as a USB tip or even a 3.5 mm tip. If I had to hazard a guess the charger tip is closer to a 1 mm charging tip that you must force through the recessed charging port to charge the device. The device will flash as it is charging and turn off when it is fully charged. The included charger cable is a USB-A to 1 mm pin sized tip which would make it very difficult to find and replace if lost - would have preferred a USB-C charging. A total charge out of this device was able to last 4 sessions of about 30 minutes before losing strength. The device itself is made of a silicone rubber like feel outside which the listing nor the instruction state if it is hypoallergenic or latex free. There are minor bumps and grooves along the shaft of the device where you would be holding it along with where the control buttons are located but the massaging head is very smooth which could have also benefited from some of the texturing for improved satisfaction. The silver capped end feels very inexpensive and twists and creaks on the device giving concerns about durability. Overall the build quality is above average and probably will last awhile. The buttons are simply power, mode and intensity. When it is powered on, it powers on at quite a high intensity and the vibration is not isolated to just the massager head so it may fatigue someone's hands while in use. When in use, the massager gets the job done of hitting the appropriate areas and the slightly flexible neck makes it more ideal for applying just the amount of pressure you might need. The intensity and vibration adjustments are definitely nice and will take some time determining which is the appropriate type for each interaction. The low mode can be used when things are too sensitive as well which makes it nice. The device does emit an audible humming sound but not one that is unpleasant or too loud measuring in at about 10-12 dB above ambient. The device has been in nightly use now for about 3 weeks and has been a consistent device relieving multiple layers of tension. It has been very easy to use. For the price, honestly this massager is not a bad value especially for someone getting into using massagers for regular use. It is also small enough and discreet enough that it would fit into a small bag or purse without being noticeable so you could use it to work out tension pretty much anywhere.
