I ordered this white metal adjustable closet rod to replace a wooden closet rod that broke. The rod comes with all the required hardware & installation instructions. I ended up using the existing closet cups already installed to keep from having to create additional holes in the closet & walls. The rod has several sections that can be used to create a customized length & has an additional section that extends for the final length. The ends also have plastic end caps. Adjusting that last piece took the majority of my installation time since I did not need to install the cups & its a bit of a challenge getting the size just right to fit into the length- I did measure beforehand using the broken rod but I also wanted a tight tension fit on the rod. I also plan to install a middle bracket to create more support for the rod as the wooden rod broke in the middle. The set comes with something t install from the ceiling but I bought a set with multiple brackets to install in each closet from this same brand. Read more
