SCAM alert. The product is wildly different to what is advertised. The back is only 19" on one section and 20" on the other two. This prevents the back cushions from being utilized properly and results in no back support whatsoever. Just makes your lowed back uncomfortable. Additionally, the back cushions do not inflate or expand to anywhere near what's advertised in the photo. Amazon has agreed to pick up the item (we'll see if it materializes) unboxed and to refund me, but at what cost for the consumer? A lot of wasted time and back breaking work getting thins thing in the basement. Amazon needs to do more to prevent scams like this. Yes, falsely advertising a product with dimensions not being proportionate to what actually shows up is a scam. Read more
