This is a shave butter with a mild, pleasant scent. It is a bit slick and helps a razor glide smoothly. My experience is that it helps razors to stay sharp longer and last longer. I actually use this as a base layer under my shave cream and love it! My skin is fairly sensitive and this provides extra protection when shaving with my DE safety razor with Feather blades. Smells great (subtle but still has that classic Clubman essence), works well and highly recommended. As an FYI, a little (about the size of a dime) goes a long way. Read more
