I decided to try this out for my 3 year old nephew who loves space and astronauts. He is big for his age and this worked well for him. He was excited to have his own water bottle for adventures. I like how durable and well made this is. I also like that it encourages him to drink water and take water on his “adventures”. It is easy to use and refill and easy to clean. I also like that it’s made from BPA free plastics. It has a nice solid feel to it and seems very sturdy. It holds a little over 21 ounces and it has no odors. The packaging it came in is really nice and it would make a great gift. This item is worth the higher price in my opinion because of how well made it is and that it’s made from safe plastic. It comes with an adjustable strap that easily connects and disconnects from the bottle. Perfect to hang over your shoulder or wear around your neck. The strap is very well made as well. All things considered this is something that I would buy again. Wasn't sure what to expect but these canteen water bottles are awesome! High quality thick plastic. Easy to clean as the lid removes that holds the straw. You will want to pull by the edges of the upper part of the lid instead of the straw- learned this the hard way. The straps that come with are thick and the length is adjustable. The characters are rubber and cover the plastic bottle to protect it. Would absolutely recommend these for the kids. We have a range of ages from 2 to 15 and all of them enjoy them. My boys love these cups! The astronaut is so cute. Both my 2 year old and 3.5 year old like the shape of the straws and have no problem drinking from them. We haven’t experienced any leaks yet. The silicone exterior is thick enough to protect it from toddler height falls (or throws). I think it will last a good while. This particular model is rather awkward. I was intrigued by the circle concept but it is larger than I imagined so check dimensions! That being said, it doesn’t bother me or my toddler. The inclusion of straps is genius! Read more
