Super Cute and Useful!
It’s really cute and I like it. It arrived in a drawstring plastic bag, not the clear retail box shown in the product pictures. Tip: To fill the bottle, pull the straw up. This will pull up the top panel. The instructions didn’t talk about how to open the thing so I had to just pull everywhere! Good Parts Version (complete with functionality!): The silicone sleeve keeps condensation at bay, so you don’t have to worry about clothes and other things getting wet if you use cold water or ice in it. It was not hard to take the silicon dinosaur sleeve off or on. The bottle inside is pretty thick and seems sturdy (at least I haven’t broken it yet!). It was easy to open one handed (unless you lock it closed). My ice water stayed cold for about 3ish hours (at which point all the ice was melted and it was slightly colder than room temperature. It’s been a day and a half and my water doesn’t taste like plastic. It was easy to wash with a bottle brush and a straw brush. It doesn’t leak, but sometimes it squirts (see below). It stands up on a counter well. Other Parts: As I mentioned above, it’s a bit hard to figure out how to open the bottle to fill it. The handle is only a shoulder strap. There isn’t a way to make it short enough to use just as a handle. I didn’t drink from it for an hour or so and when I pushed the button to open it, water squirted out of it. I’ve used it for a day and a half now and it’s squirted water at me from the straw three times. The silicon dinosaur sleeves attracts lint like crazy. Caution: I’m not a water bottle expert, but I’ve used one everyday for years XD P.S. I can’t speak to the value for the money as I’m sure the price will fluctuate due to tariffs. Yes, Virginia, it’s Tariff Time (TM)! XD It does seem a little pricey at $32.99 (bet that’s not the price you’re looking at, right?). Nice! Read more
