My husband and I have been using this collagen for years. My husband has noticed an increase in the strength of his nails. Unfortunately I have not noticed any improvement in my nails, skin, or hair. But no collagen product ever made a difference to me. Some however mess up my stomach. This codeage product has never bothered my stomach. It mixes easily and completely into my coffee (I have noticed that you need to put the powder into liquid, if I put it in an empty mug before pouring in the coffee it seems to stick to the bottom and doesn’t mix in as easily. This it is advertised as being micronized but it has very poor solubility as it easily clumps comparing to other brands I’ve tried. The smell and taste is also not that great hence I guess it’s recommended to be added to your beverage.
