This charger does its job. The one issue I have with my Samsung phone is that, once the phone reaches 100%, the charger will then turn off - but does not restart. This means, if I use this overnight, the phone will reach 100% at some point in the night. By the time I wake up, the phone will be down to 85-90%. This isn't a huge deal, as I just pick up my phone and put it down, then the charging will restart and it will be close to 100% by the time I have to leave. If it wasn't for this annoyance (which may be an issue with my phone, not the charger), the product would get 5 stars. The 2 pack is a nice value. Purchased these wireless chargers and was extremely excited as I didn't have a phone prior that was capable of wireless charging. Upgraded phone so purchased these to make life a tad bit easier. I purchased these in Jan 2025. Initially they charged for 2 seconds and then started blinking between green and red and stopped charging. I chalked it up to the case on my phone. Fast forward 1 year, I finally had to get a new case so I purchased one that didn't have anything that would block wireless charging capabilities. Dis the same thing. I then thought maybe the USB block was the problem. So I purchased new blocks. Received the blocks today and the wireless is doing the same thing. Took my phone out of the case, doing the same thing. I sought this charger out due to it having the cord permanently mounted to the disc, as my previous wireless charger had a removable USB cord, and over time that USB connection at the disc became faulty, leading to my phone not charging if I did not bend/weight the cord properly. This charger charges my phone (Samsung Galaxy S21) fast when using a QualComm 3.0 power adapter. This would be getting a 4 star review from me if it weren't for the indicator LED. The indicator LED is VERY bright and does not turn off while phone is charging. I charge on my night stand and the LED was either blaring into my eyes or casting shadows onto the wall. Because this is disruptive to my sleep, I am only giving it 2 stars. This problem is fixable though - I was able to put a light-blocking sticker over the LED and now I am happy with the charger. **UPDATE** The manufacturer reached out to me asking for more detailed feedback. After describing the issue with the LED being on all the time, they said they will look into fixing this in a design update. After sharing this feedback, they offered me a refund. Charging one's phone could not be easier. I have and older Iphone SE, and it works great! I thought I'd use this at my beside table to charge overnight, but wound up placing one on my desk and one in a handy area in our kitchen. I don't lose my phone as the charger stays in one place. (A place for everything and everything in its place!) At my desk, I don't have to fiddle with a fragile cord while I ignore repeated phone calls! I'll probably get a few more, as they are very handy and don't get tangled like the dozen or so cords fighting for real estate on my desk. Cordless chargers do create some heat on the charger and the phone as well. A bit of research and I learned that the heat is normal and not detrimental to the device or the phone.
