PROS: - Massive 6" Feed Chute: The extra-wide opening is a total game-changer; I can drop in whole cucumbers and large chunks of fruit with minimal prep, which saves me a significant amount of time in the kitchen. - High-Yield Extraction: The pulp comes out impressively dry, proving that the slow masticating process is squeezing every possible drop of nutrient-rich juice from my fruits and vegetables. - Quick and Easy Cleanup: Unlike other bulky appliances, this breaks down in seconds, and the pulp chute opens wide so you can rinse out hard-to-reach corners effortlessly. - Quiet Brushless Motor: It operates much more quietly than a traditional blender or centrifugal juicer, making it practical for early morning use without waking up the whole house. - Health and Skin Benefits: Using this regularly has made it so easy to increase my daily intake of greens, and I’ve actually noticed my skin looks fresher and has a healthy glow. - Durable Build: Despite some plastic components, the parts are thick and resilient enough to survive an accidental drop during cleaning without cracking or breaking. CONS: - Confusing Instruction Manual: The directions are poorly written and take a lot for granted; I really wish they would rewrite them to be simpler and more step-by-step for beginners. - Moderate Foaming: Despite the slow speed, I still notice a fair amount of foam on top of my juice, though the included strainer helps filter out any remaining bits of pulp. - Frequent Pulp Emptying: If you’re juicing high-fiber items like carrots or celery, you’ll need to stop and empty the pulp container several times to finish a large batch. - Higher Price Point: It is a significant investment compared to budget models, though the performance and ease of use make it worth saving up for. - Concerns About Longevity: While it has held up well for a month, some of the internal plastic parts feel a bit thin, which makes me a little nervous about how it will perform after a year of heavy use. VERDICT: The B11 Cold Press Juicer is a premium, high-performance machine that turns the chore of juicing into a quick and enjoyable routine. While the manual could use a major overhaul, the combination of the massive feed chute and the effortless cleanup makes it one of the few juicers you’ll actually keep on your counter and use every single day. This Floisdace juicer is a total game-changer compared to the one I previously had. That juicer was only worth the effort to use if I made a very large quantity of juice. It wasn't easy to clean, and it took a lot of time. I have gout, and it did not even cross my mind that consuming too much juice would set off a very lengthy and painful episode. I was very disappointed as I had gone on a juice 'bender' and was having SO much fun using this juicer. When the gout got my attention, and I faced reality, I thought my juicing days were pretty much over. Not at all! I discovered I could use this major juicer appliance without the need to juice a whole bag of apples. I could use it to juice one small glass of juice, and the cleanup was just as easy and fast as if I had juiced all day. I can have my juice and drink it too! It takes just a few minutes to break this juicer down, clean it, and put it back together. It is a breeze! I had trouble at first getting the pulp out of one small corner of the container, no matter what brush I used. When I took it apart and moved the lever that held the pulp chute together, and it opened up wide to clean it effortlessly, I was so thrilled! Yes, I read the instructions, but I must say, either I am an idiot or the directions do not make things clear enough. I feel it is the latter. I do wish they would rewrite the manual to include instructions for those of us not well-versed in the knowledge of these products. I feel they should spell things out, step by step, as if the person reading them had never experienced using such a device. In other words, explain as if to a four-year-old child! That is my only complaint with this juicer. Make the manual simple to understand and include each step, with nothing taken for granted. This juicer is amazing! The pulp is extremely dry, so yes, I agree that this juicer must be extracting all the juice possible. Personally, though, I have never had juice come out without the foam. I have always had foam and tried different ways to remove it, but have not succeeded. ,This juicer zips through the fruit in no time flat. I cannot praise this juicer enough. I realize the price will not be affordable for some people, but my opinion and advice would be to save up in order to get this juicer, for you will not have such wonderful results if you settle for less. Personally, if something is too difficult to use, or to get to, or to clean up, or any other number of inconveniences you can experience, the less likely it will be that I will end up using it, and the more likely it will be at the back of the cabinet or stored somewhere. It will be worth the extra cost if you believe you will really use this juicer. Think about it. You won't regret it once you have it. Just make sure you can keep it where it is easily accessible, so there will be no reason not to use it. Read more

I love the extra wide feed shute on this! With other juicers, I feel like I have to chop everything up so small to start with, but with this I can just chop off the parts I don't want (like rinds and seeds) and pop it in! It plowed right through a bunch of carrots without breaking a sweat! If you plan on making lots of juice, I recommend using other containers to catch the pulp and juice. With carrots (which has a high amount of pulp vs juice) I needed to empty the pulp container numerous times for the amount of juice I wanted. It includes a strainer to put over the juice cup, which is a nice touch if you want to really make sure you have juice that is completely pulp free. It is easy to set up, easy to use and does a good job producing tasty, nourishing juice. As with any juicer, clean up is the hardest part. This is easier than some juicers I've seen because the awkward parts come apart more to allow access to the otherwise hard to reach areas. Oh, if you are new to juicing, look for some videos and recipes online. Don't go off the description pictures. I don't recommend juicing a whole avocado, the pit and skin aren't necessary. Skins of citrus can be juiced, but will make it more bitter, and have realistic expectations about pulp-carrots, kale and celery will produce a lot of pulp for the amount of juice, but apples and citrus will produce lots more juice. This is a great juicer, just find guidance on how to juice from a trusted source. Read more
