I really wanted the $500-$700 juicer, but it was not in budget. Ordered this GEM and I love it. I used to have one of loud, spinning, hard to clean juicer and hated everything thing about it. My daughter actually had a cold press juicer on her Xmas list this year (Ninja) and she kinda got me back in the juicing wagon. Anyway... This thing is great. It is a little tall when using, can't really use it under the cabinets. However, it fits under the cabinets fully assembled for storage. Super easy to clean, and operate, it does a great job at extraction, and the pulp comes out very dry. Take apart the 4 pieces (by hand no tools to worry about) and give it a good spray off in the sink and rinse out the juice and pulp catchers and you are good to go. I use it mostly for juice in smoothies that I "meal prep" for the week. Just take out a jar from the freezer the night before and it is ready for breakfast. Also use it for a quick pick me up after a workout. It is much quieter that my old old juicer, but it isn't silent, especially when it has to work a bit with hard veggies; beats, carrots, etc. it does a really good job at grabbing and processing all by itself, is a rare occasion that I have to adjust content to get that last little bit of goodness.
