Si bien tuve problemas al principio, porque me llego una juguera 110V y en mi pais usamos 220V, estoy muy contenta con su desempeño. Luego de revisar las especificaciones aqui en Amazon (en la descripción del producto decía 230V) intenté hacer un reclamo pero nadie me contestó nunca, así que tuve que agregar al precio USD 57 extra para un transformador de corriente. Una vez subsanado ese problema y considerando que el costo final fue 50% más alto que lo planeado, puedo decir que es un muy buen producto, chiquito, compacto, con poca capacidad en el vaso pero con la abertura que hace posible ir agregando trozos de fruta y/o verdura por arriba a medida que se van pisando. Desde que la tengo (hace aprox. 20 días) , la he estado usando practicamente todos los dias, preparando 2 litros de jugo verde por dia y está impecable. No he tenido ningún problema.
