The media could not be loaded. It comes with a Free 4 year warranty from the seller. So you can save your money and don't have to buy protection plan. It works pretty good. It's a bit noisy but not as loud as a blender. You have to use the provided strainer if you want less pulp or cheesecloth over the strainer if you want no pulp. It did clog a bit when I juiced a bunch of ginger. After 10 minutes of use, there was a slight smell so I let it rest for about a half hour. I juiced 4 pineapples, a bunch of beets, lemons, limes oranges red cabbage apples carrots and whole bunch of ginger. I prefer to cut my fruit before juicing which is what I did. Honestly I have bought 4 juicers . This is by far the best juicer I have bought. It’s so easy to put together and it works fast. I was able to get a lot of juice out of my fruit . This is by far the best juicer I have used and is a good price. I purchased when it was on sale and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I had a different one that took about 2 hours from chopping to juicing to straining. A lot of work which made me not want to juice anymore. Then I bought this one!! 10-15 mins (depending on how much fruit and veggies I wanted juice). I didn’t have cut everything in small pieces and I didn’t have to strain the juice! Arrived today. One star because product looks used upon arrival. Scratches and what looks to be a film on attachments. Also there is a rubber seal in the inside of the main part. A section is off and won’t push back in. Not happy. Ordered a replacement. Will update review one I’m able to use it. Read more
