I you live outside of the United States and you purchase a lot on Amazon, Here is what you need to know. - Some appliances need a study 110V ~ 120V or exactly 110V or 120V to operate. - I purchased one and was not able to operate because of the voltage current in my home and that really was not the company's fault. It was a gift for my wife and I was so disappointed. I reached out and even I was not able to return the appliance I received some help from the company and I was so impressed. I received a full refund and I really was not expecting this. I am searching for a voltage regulator now. - The juicer looks very good and easy to operate.
