As Advertised. A good plastic training knife with a good grip, and a realistic look. It should work a lot better than the lame objects (Sharpies, rulers, etc) that we've had to use in previous self defense trainings. I was hasty to order this for mixed martial arts training. It’s a bit bigger than I imagined. It will work just fine, but it’s just bigger than what I wanted. It’s my bad. Product exactly as expected. Get those airsoft knife kills or do those disarms and knife fighting drills... it's durable and would hurt a lot to take a solid stab from, but the tip has been broadened for sturdiness and less sharpness, which is nice. Read more

This item will fulfill a knife training activity in defense or offense. While it doesn't have the heft of the real knife, it is a much safer training knife than some others on the market.
