Worked amazing. Kept my face completely dry and warm. I was able to keep the majority of my face warm while still being able to pull it away from my nose, so I can breathe. You can definitely breathe through the fabric, but when you're out of breath from snowboarding, it is nice to be able to pull it down. I spend many hours outside in the Winter processing firewood, plowing and shoveling snow, etc. This mask is comfortable, stretchy, lightweight and warm. It form fits with no floppy gaps and the face covering portion can be easily adjusted from full coverage (nose and mouth), just the mouth or open face. Excellent quality, stitching, fit, and comfort! This is the best balaclava on the market, in my opinion. It is fleece-lined, breathable with a light thickness to the material that will keep your face warm in harsh winter conditions (great under a ski helmet). Why did you pick this product vs others?: I needed something warm while working at take 5 car wash in the winter. Temperature outside got to 8 degrees fahrenheit! This along with a THICK winter head band and a couple of jacket hoods and a coat hood kept my head toasty. Very toasty that I was sweating in below freezing temperatures in southern Missouri!
