I got my first use of this sucker last night, and boy, am I thankful I bought it!!! It was only in the upper 30s, lower 40s, but I wouldn't have known, engulfed in the warmth of this Coleman Sleeping Bag! I also didn't get too hot, which in hindsight is also a big plus. I did find it a tad bit too chunky to roll back up, and rolling the sleeping bag up was the hardest part of packing everything up this morning. I love it. Better than my mummy bags, as there's enough room for side sleeping. It's warm (I got the 20 degree version) The bottom comes with some built in drawstrings for rolling it up. These are somewhat weird as they get in the way and aren't needed, as I'm putting it in a stuffsack. When fully unzipped, it is somewhat challenging to get the zipper back on. Received this as a gift. I haven’t had the chance to use it yet , so I cannot verify it will keep me warm in 20 degree weather BUT it feels comfy and warm on the inside. What made me write this review without trying it yet is the fact that I wanted this because it said “Kompact.” While you can compact it down tight, it is still big. I was hoping to have this replace my current sleeping bag for kayak camping but it still too big. Because I do think that it is a nice sleeping bag for base camping, I did debate on keeping it until I struggled to get it into the bag it’s supposed to go back in to. Nothing pisses me off more than not being able to get a product back into its storage bag. The last thing I want to do when packing my camping equipment is taking additional time struggling to put something back in a bag. I hate when companies make this part difficult and frustrating.
