Too hard to used without softening with hot water

I bought these by accident. I thought they were medium hardness toothbrushes. However I found that by running them under hot water before applying toothpaste and brushing, I got the firmness I like for cleaning but the softness to prevent damage to my gingiva. BTW I am a retired dentist. These are a good buy at the price as long as you use hot water to soften the bristles before use. Read more
