Terrible customer service

I bought this collagen on subscription and it didn’t work well for me, changed my hair texture. I had to contact Dr Amie Hirnaman directly to to inquire about returning an unopened container I had just received.they emailed me instructions; so I paid to ship it back and was never refunded. I reached out to them several times and have been ignored. Moral to the story, unless Your sure your going to use this product (good luck) don’t purchase it because you’ll never get your $$ back and you will have spent $$ shipping it back for the refund.
