There are also no added foods dyes or sugar; just delicious raspberry flavor. The gummies are fresh, soft, and chewy. These gummies come in a plastic bottle with a screw-on lid, shrink wrap around the neck, and a safety seal inside. The expiration date is nearly two years away. Each gummy is about the size of a dime. There’s no aftertaste, and I experienced no side effects in the three days I’ve eaten them. Two gummies provide 3000 mg of the complete spectrum of collagen peptides as each type of collagen plays an important role in skin and hair health. Our collagen declines with age and, together with biotin, collagen does improve my nail, skin and hair.
